Ada Bici is a Ph.D. candidate and assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, since 2020.  Graduated in Business Administration and Management at this faculty in 2010 and 2013 with a master's degree in MBA. Since 2013, she has been an invited lecturer at the Department of Management in the subjects Innovation, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, and Business Management, and at the same time working in managerial positions for the biggest investing company in Albania, Balfin Group’.
-Researcher on several projects in the field of innovation and sustainability, such as Horizon Europe, AKKSHI, and Erasmus+. Currently a researcher in three projects: ‘Green Western Balkans’ (Erasmus+) ‘Up Skilling Researchers for Innovation Process Management’ (Horizon Talent Widera), and ‘Education and Energy Management in University Campuses’ (NASRI).
-Author of international conferences in the field of Innovation and  Sustainability. 
-Participant in different Erasmus+ long- and short-term teaching mobilities in Germany, Poland, Turkey and various trainings in the field of Innovation, Sustainability in Higher Education, Gender Equality, Business Models, etc. Among the trainings we can mention "E-commerce for SMEs and Start-ups of Albania" "Gender Equality Plans and Gender Budgeting-University of Modena and Reggio Emilia" "Social Entrepreneurship-Interba Project" and participant in the Skillman Alliance Summit (AS 2025) in Ancona on the 9 and 10 July 2025  "The role of digital and entrepreneurial competences in macro-regional strategies".
-Member of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit at the University of Tirana (NJSBC).
