Since 2005 International Vocational Training – Aviva  has been  linking the European educational world with companies  of Lower Silesia region in  Poland, providing study visits and workplacement for Erasmus + participants .  Since then we have been disseminating the idea of mobility among our local companies and have organized workplacements and professional visits for above 7000 trainees from 10 EU countries  in around 800 various enterprises. We provide :

-Polish language courses as well as English.

- Vocational training in various brunches, among others: Metalworkers, Automation, Carpenters, Roofers, IT, Patisserie & Bakery,  Administration & Finance, Gardening, Development of multiplatform applications,

-Short courses in Polish business culture. Presentation/ workshops about different ways of  conducting

business in various countries , including the cultural differences. 

-Interpersonal trainings directed towards choosing the right profession in life. The title of the interpersonal training is „DISCOVER YOUR ASSETS . It helps to identify the project participants own abilities and enhance both self-consciousness and self-confidence and help better to recognize their strengths and weaknesses.

 Being involved in international projects within LLLP, together with international partners: 

-We have working on tools which contributed to increasing quality and quantity of workplacements not only in Poland but also in Europe.

-We have been analyzing the involvement into the mobility Project in enterprises size S1 and S2.

-Since 2013 we have been working on electronical portfolio which should facilitate the employment process and make it transparent.
