Blanka Xhani, from 2020, is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, in the Management Department. Graduated in Business Administration and Management at this faculty in 2007, and 2009 with a master's degree in Finance. During those years, she prepared, provided support, supervision, and guidance, for activities related to the course, and lectured subjects such as Human Resources Management, Business Ethics, and Corporate Governance.

- External Expert on the project “Support to the EU Integration Process of Albania”. The project's specific purpose is to assist the Government in strengthening the EU integration process in line with the priorities of the Stabilization and Association Agreement. The main tasks are:
o Supporting the effective alignment of national legislation with the EU acquis and its implementation. Assessment of potential discrepancies in the relevant EU acquis for Chapter 26, (Education system, vocational education and training, youth, and culture).
o Further strengthening the capacities of the relevant institutions for the forthcoming screening and accession negotiations process.
