In Turkey, I have been working as a project manager and expert in Sakarya Governorate of the Ministry of Interior. I have been working in the same ministry for 12 years. As the Coordinator of the EU and Foreign Relations Office in this institution, I coordinate and manage local and international projects and work with young people as a Eurodesk Liaison Person. 

At the same time, I am about to finish my PhD on smart agriculture at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Management Information Systems. I host young people within the scope of Erasmus Projects and I visit various countries with the cooperation of Erasmus+ projects etc. My English level is insufficient for me due to my job and the point where my education career has reached. I have come to the conclusion that in order to advance my career and to be more successful in my work, I need to bring my English to a level where I can communicate in public and in front of a community. My colleagues and managers are now advising and suggesting that I should care about this situation and correct it. this situation has a very important place in my future planning.
