Centre for Competitive Skills (CCS) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote human capital development in a lifelong learning perspective, as a fundamental contribution to development of education and training in Albania, increasing prosperity, creating sustainable growth and encouraging social inclusion in a highly competitive global economy and fast changing society.
Founded in 2016, our organization is committed to contribute to the sustainable development of education and training of young people and adults to meet the individual, society and the labour market needs, and increase their competitive skills.
Our primary focus is on working with young people and adults to promote their development and orient them regarding the competencies required for successful integration into labour market. At CCS, we believe that promoting circular economy and green and digital twin transition is key to achieving sustainable development.
CCS has rich experience in implementing projects with focus on vocational education and training, compulsory education, hospitality and tourism sector, agriculture and food processing. CCS engages in education, training, awareness, promotion, innovation, career orientation, psychological support, digital and green transition, entrepreneurship and competitiveness of values and skills in various areas of economic, cultural and social development. We have organized over 200 trainings in the recent years, benefiting over 4,000 individuals.
CCS has a long experience in preparing training curricula for on-the-job training of adults, working with returnees and vulnerable groups, where one of its permanent staff is an expert in adult education, with more than 20 years of experience in this field. Our services include career orientation, on-the-job coaching, and psychological counseling.
