• 15 years of experience in the development and implementation of capacity building and organisational development measures for VET schools and Vocational Training Centres (VTCs, equiv. to CoCs) as well as capacity development for training providers and industries in multiple levels to implement Dual VET in key sectors (e.g. advising managers, trainers & institutions on developing & implementing dual VET curricula).
• Undertake analysis of potential future trends and opportunities in emerging industries
• 11 years’ experience in education and training, job-oriented skills development, linking the public and private sector (incl. emerging industries) and associations for setting-up relevant WBL/dual VET training, including working in cross-sectoral programmes with the private sector and VET – schools (more than 1000 cooperation agreements initiated and MoU signed between schools and businesses)
• Experience in education and training policy advice and analysis, linked to labour market and employment;
• Vast experience on curricula development for vocational training for adult education; and Occupational Standards
• 5 years proven experience in facilitating participatory legal processes with public and private stakeholders, system development and learning exchanges as well as strengthening capacities and networking for establishing councils and networks for cooperation.
• Very good knowledge of the context and legal framework in Kosovo on VET, labour and employment
• 16 years’ experience in consulting for development cooperation agencies, e.g. GIZ, Lux-Dev, USAID, ETF, WB, Helvetas project EYE SDC, Caritas and Care
• Very good knowledge of Project Implementation and Project Monitoring & Evaluation;
• Fluent in Albanian, English and Serbian;
