I have been working as a teacher for IT, project management, process modelling and economic subjects for 28 years. Furthermore, I am consultant for the National Agency as VET Expert. In this position I have been working with Universities, companies and VET schools concerning a variety of topics like curriculum development, development of occupational profiles, development of roadmaps for implementing dual elements into VET systems and work process analysis as basis for learning outcomes in mobility projects.

As a consultant I have been working for international projects and project development for 20 years.
And I I have been working as a lecturer for project management at Hamburg Distance University of Applied Science for 10 years.

Since Feb 2023 I 've been working for the University of Graz (Cognitive Science Section).
