Center for Educational and Development Initiatives INNOVA LAB North Macedonia is a non-governmental, non-profit youth organization committed to the personal and professional development of young people through various non-formal education projects at local, national, and international levels. Our initiatives aim to provide comprehensive support to the youth, fostering growth and empowerment in multiple spheres.

The mission of the Center is to increase employment opportunities for young people, to create innovative educational and development initiatives, and to encourage creative action.  

Innova Lab provides support for the improvement of the quality, inclusiveness, effectiveness and labour market relevance of education and training systems, including by the promotion of digital learning, the validation of nonformal and informal learning and the professional development of teaching staff, in order to facilitate the acquisition of key competences in particular as regards basic skills, including health literacy, media literacy, entrepreneurial skills, language skills, digital skills and competencies for sustainable development, which all individuals need for personal fulfilment and development, employment, social inclusion and active citizenship. We include young people with fewer opportunities e.g. rural youth, Roma young people, socially disadvantaged young people to participate in youth exchanges, and initiate and run youth initiatives.

 We have a wide range of volunteers, which at main extent are students at University St. Kliment Ohridski, Bitola, R. N. Macedonia (Faculty of Economics, Law Faculty, Faculty of Biotechnical sciences and Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies), aged 18 to 30, but we also work with high school students, and with representatives of different ethnic communities.
