Senior vocational education trainer at Câmara Municipal de Lisboa Human Resources Development and Training Department, more than 15 years’ experience in recognition of competences to adult with lower qualifications aiming academic or professional qualification levels, works with autobiographical methodologies at the Centro Qualifica, contributing to upskilling and reskilling the council’s staffs and/or citizens, employed, unemployed and at risk of exclusion, within the adult education project. 15 years’ experience in recognition, validation and certification of competences contributing to build a knowledge based society to all within a lifelong learning perspective.

International internships coordinator and mobility manager. Participation and collaboration in municipality’s numerous of projects in partnership with various stakeholders, NGO and civil society organizations to enhance skills and qualification of migrant people, lower qualified people through the council’s literacy and digital competences program for inclusion, participated in international projects as autobiographical expert, to build up motivation, language and digital skills to migrants adults, also to aware for women rights and gender equality, NEET condition and migrant women best integration. Human rights, citizenship and social inclusion tutor, collaborating in courses through non formal education approaches and autobiographical methods thus helping to form field facilitators/trainers.
