Jonathan is a global skills evangelist, renowned for driving strategic collaboration that delivers high impact international skills development. 

He leverages the UK Government’s global network to empower UK skills organisations to navigate international markets and supports the realisation of export ambitions. Jonathan actively champions domestic talent interventions aimed at catalysing inward investment and nurturing domestic economic prosperity.

With a career spanning over three decades, with 20+years delivering skills overseas in 78 countries, Jonathan has demonstrated his commercial acumen and proficiency in work-based skills and training across diverse industrial sectors worldwide. Jonathan remains a world-class skills practitioner delivering TVET solutions across the globe. 

Twice winner of the British Council's prestigious International Partnership of the Year in both 2014 and 2015 for groundbreaking skills partnership in Viet Nam and Egypt, Jonathan is a beacon of leadership and expertise in his field. 

A post-graduate in Management, and graduate in Learning and Development Provision, Jonathan honed his skills and achieved excellence through the technical and vocational training and assessment route. Jonathan is a Freeman of the City of London, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers, a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a member of the Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade.
