Mrs. Tereza Khechoyan is the Vice-Rector for International for International Cooperation and Development at Yerevan Gladzor University. At the same time, she is the Director of International Programs at Business and Education Partnership Foundation. Before that she was Director for International Cooperation and Development at Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia (PAARA). She has experience in coordination of international Projects in Armenia. She is a member of ISCOMET (International Scientific Conference Minorities for Europe of Tomorrow); Participatory status with the Council of Europe. 

Mrs. Khechoyan has presented her research papers in several international conferences in Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Macedonia, Ukraine, Romania, etc. She is the author of more than 40 research papers published in Armenian, Russian, English, Ukrainian, and Polish languages. In 2011-2012 she was an EU expert in entrepreneurial learning and enterprise skills in Armenia (ETF); in 2015 Mrs. Khechoyan was a senior expert in Armenia of EU funded Women Entrepreneurship in the Eastern Partnership high quality studies (ETF). She was the coordinator and expert of several Projects funded by international organizations (UNDP, CIDA, OSI, DFID, USAID, Transparency International, EC Tempus and Erasmus+ Capacity Building of Higher Education and Jean Monnet Projects, etc).

She has coordinated the “Public Policy Knowledge Network (PPKN)” Project funded by CIDA;  “Public Policy Resources Development – Armenia” Project supported by Open Society Institute (OSI) Local Government and Public Service Reform Initiative (LGI) Program); “Dual Master’s and PhD Programs in E-Public Administration and E-Business Administration” Project supported by Competitive Innovation Fund (CIF) for Armenian Higher Education;  “Online Master’s Program with Joint Diplomas” Project funded by CIF (within the frames of the World Bank’s Second Education Quality and Relevance project); Erasmus+ CBHE  Program “Library Network Support Services (LNSS): modernising libraries in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus through library staff development and reforming library services” Project. She is External Evaluator of Erasmus+ CBHE Program “Enhancement of entrepreneurship skills among women to provide gender equality and employability for citizens of Uzbekistan [EMPOWER]” Project.

Mrs. Khechoyan is an Associate Professor and is specialized in teaching of Economics, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Innovation and Investment Management, and Time Management (in English and Armenian).

She is The Eurasian Academic Anti-Corruption Network Armenian National Hub Expert; She was the expert in Economic Corruption of "Certificate Program on Anticorruption Studies in Armenia" Project, funded by Transparency International.

Mrs. Khechoyan is an expert in SME development and Women Entrepreneurship. She is the Coordinator of UNESCAP/APCICT (Asian and Pacific Training Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development, South Korea) Training of Trainers on Women ICT Frontier Initiative (WIFI) Project in Armenia.

She has been invited for teaching mobility at Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), Transilvania University of Brasov (Romania), University of Maribor (Slovenia), Technological University of the Shannon (Ireland), etc.

Mrs. Khechoyan is Scientific Board Member of the Research and Education (RED) open access journal, as well as Annual International Conference on “Ethical Values in Nowadays Society (VESA)”, Romania  (2019-2024).

She is proficient in Armenian, Russian and English.
