I have done Master’s in Economics and Project Management and having continuous ten years’ experience in field of technical and vocational education of Pakistan. At the moment, I am the first one in my organization, who become certified in DACUM (developing a curriculum) & Systematic Curriculum & Instructional Development (SC&ID) from Ohio State University, District Columbus, United State of America (USA). Currently, I am working for GIZ, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH, a German International Development Cooperation as a Technical Advisor for Competency Based Training & Assessment, Coordination and Human Resource Development at national level. Prior joining GIZ, I worked as a senior programme officer at Institute of rural management and operated simultaneously different projects on TVET and Child Labor funded by ILO-Pakistan successfully.
