She is senior expert at ITS Cuccovillo for the project management of European Projects. She received a degree in Law at University of Bari and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Business Lawyers. She developed, in more than 18 years of work with multinational companies, an extensive experience in implementing competency mapping processes and evaluation of the potential (with the methodology of the Assessment Center), performance evaluation systems, training needs analysis and design and coordination of training courses for executives and professionals. In last 8 years she developed a consolidated expertise as designer, technical assistant and project manager of more than 30 projects financed by European founds (ESF, ERDF, SEE, Interreg Greece-Italy, Romanian POSDRU, Interreg Italy-Montenegro-Albania, and Ersamus + Knowledge Alliances Action).
