Bachelor in Physics and Master Degree in Project Management, I have a strong experience in project management, non-formal education and the non-governmental sector. I am leading an organisation - Association Pro Xpert - that flourished from a dream and, 18 years later, it managed more than 40 projects - 35 at international level financed by Lifelong Learning, Youth in Action, and Erasmus + Programmes) and 5 at national level - financed by Phare, ESF and the Ro Government. I wrote most of the application forms for these projects and I was involved in all of them (as manager, regional coordinator, trainer etc.) Besides these projects I also developed and managed 15 national projects (in the different public and private entities I was working for) and I supported other 4 NGOs and a company to develop Lifelong Learning and Erasmus + projects; I managed for them other 9 projects.

I am also experienced in training - as certified adult trainer, I developed different formal and informal trainings with an overall of about 1000 participants. I am the manager in the two KA2 partnerships about adults' education developed by Pro Xpert.
