Trained as a ceramic engineer with a college in UK 1985-91 and worked in the industry in Arusha, Tanzania. As the industry was getting competitive I retrained to become a Careers Adviser (CA) after a post grad study in Nottingham, UK, in 1994-Whilst working as a CA in Hertfordshire, I started training Careers Teaches in Tanzania. EACGPA was formed in 2009 and we are in the process of agreeing with the Tanzanian Govt for the training of Careers Teachers of 4500 government schools.
