CEPAS, an Italian non-profit association, is involved in the process of certification of personnel according to International Standard ISO/IEC 17024 /2012 and in qualification of training courses. CEPAS was founded in 1995 by public and private organizations. Among its founding members there are Confindustria Innovative Services and Technological, ALPI, ANCIS, ANGQ and among its members of law there are CEI, CNR, ENEA and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. CEPAS is full member of IPC (International Personnel Certification Association) www.ipcaweb.org the sole international association which brings together the most important Auditor and Training Certification Bodies as well as some Accreditation Bodies. CEPAS participated to the definition of national certification scheme of technical machinery expert specialized in methane system installations and LPG ( liquid petroleum gasses). The purpose of CEPAS is to promote the culture of professional quality and of training courses in many different schemes.
