Chrysa Paidousi is Director of Department of Vocational Training at the National Institute of Labour and Human Resources, (Athens, GREECE). In this role she conducts research and European projects in the area of vocational education and training focusing mainly on EU policy and training policy in Greece. Prior to this she worked in the VET sector and participated in a wide range of vocational training programs. She has also worked as a researcher and lecturer in the field of Sociology of Communications and Media studies.
