I am a TVET Researcher from Benin (West Africa). I’m interested in the renovation and improvement of the Africa TVET system, especially that of Benin. I am also a French and English Language Educator. TVET, online learning, curriculum development, lifelong learning, education science, educational management & leadership, language education, research methods, academic writing and apprenticeship are my research interests. Currently, I am working as an intern at ENSSURE, a project under Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation of Nepal. I hold a Master's degree in English Language Education. From August 2019 to July 2021, I completed a Master in TVET (course completed and thesis defense by end of July 2021) from Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), Nepal. I have been a Scholar and Researcher with Benin Team within the International Project “LELAM-TVET4INCOME” with the support of the Swiss Research Programme on Global Issues for Development (r4d Program). During that, I completed and submitted a research work on “Perceptions of Apprentices on the Dual Apprenticeship program in Benin” which will be defended by the end of July 2021 at KUSOED. I had given two (2) presentations in webinars. The first one was organized by MTVET 2019 Scholars of Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED) on June, 20, 2021. The first presentation was on “Master in TVET Contributions to Benin TVET System”. The second was my reflections on “Exposure to Nepal Dual VET-Apprenticeship Programme” on July 4, 2021. It was also organized by MTVET 2019 Scholars of KUSOED. I have two forthcoming papers on “Dual Apprenticeship Programme in Benin: Opportunities and Challenges” and “Quality Assurance in TVET Institutions: An Overview”.
