Mr. David Tsiskaridze (PhD in Energy and El engineering)  is a chairman of International Business and Economic Development Center (IBEDC), one of the progressive BSO in Georgia, over 13 years managing experience, responsible for overall management, decision making, strategic planning and coordination of the development projects.   David has reach consultancy working experience in consultancy in the framework of international projects including EU International and Regional framework programmes (EU Commission, Institutional building programmes, Cross Border Cooperation). In depth knowledge of Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions (PRAG);  knowledge of National(Georgian) Procurement procedures; Good knowledge of EU project planning and implementation procedures: Development of TORs, Work Plans & Reports, establishment of all the necessary operational procedures, Procurement management (logistics, tenders, contracts, payments etc.); Skills to ensure compliance with donors requirements(both financial and administrative) and keep up-to-date with these requirements;  He is expert of Harmonization of Digital Market(HDM) of EaP Civil Society Forum. He is actively engaged in various kind of activities of EU4DIGITAL. Author publication on “Digital Skills “fueling” the transformation of digital economy and the future development of  Eastern Partnership countries” published in Journal “Impact of Azerbaijan” issued by AMCHAM, Azerbaijan in 2018. Certificated on  “Blended Course on Digital Competences for CSOs Leaders from Eastern Partnership Countries”. Author of the Guide to the national requirements in Georgia relevant for the implementation of projects financed under EU Funded EaPTC programmes (Significant part is Procurement procedures: Procurement supply, service and work, purchasing equipment and supplies: acquisition and registration);

David has profound experience for managing and coordinating of implementation of the International and regional framework projects:

1. “Contributing to the formation of the agenda and institutional preconditions for enhancing digital competencies in Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus in the framework of EaP CSF Re-granting 2019 Program;
