He is an experienced person with successful track record corporate communication, TVET sector, Education sector, brand management, product innovations, service delivery, and Venture Capital Sector. He has a tendency to work for the overall well-being and development of the country. Engr. Humayun Kabir Polash has over about five years of combined experience in sales & marketing, office management & administration, event management & planning, digital marketing, social media management, corporate leadership management, business development, business forecast, client satisfaction, project coordination, tender documentation & market research. Engr. Humayun Kabir Polash was born in a remote village of Farakkabad in Biral Upazila under the Dinajpur district of Bangladesh in 1991. He is the second of the three sons of Md. Mamnur Rashid, Govt. Officer of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank & Mrs. Hafsa Banu. His elder brother Humanist & Rotaractor Md. Harunur Rashid is a Businessman & his younger sister Humanist & Rotaractor Engr. Mst. Marziatun Manita Priya completed BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Daffodil International University. Recently his elder brother married Economist Mrs.Shewly Akter. She completed BSc & MSc in Economics from Dinajpur Govt. College under National University, Bangladesh.

From his school, College & University days he was actively engaged in many different activities Like Social Work, Seminar, Protocol Officer, Volunteering, Clubs & scouting. He has been lauded for his leadership skills and active association with the different organizations and other trade bodies.

He achieved the 1st Position among more than 100 students of different universities of 20 countries in the Asia Region based on the theme “Be the Best Generation and best Leader” at Asian Student Summit-2014, Indonesia. He was also invited as a “Moderator” in International Conference on Inland Water and Ferries Transport Polytechnic of Palembang International Seminar-2019 in Indonesia which was organized by the Ministry of Transport, Indonesia.
