The foundation (F21 ) fosters the overcoming of the digital divides. IT professionals implement various IT solutions to meet different society needs. Just 3 examples: 1. Design, integration, testing, exploration, maintenance of multifunctional platform for synchronous and asynchronous e-learning and distance collaboration (including project management). Done trough iPortal project (LLP-2012-1-BG-KA2-KA2MP ), leading a consortium with 6 partners from 5 EU members+Turkey. 2. Bulgarian model for e-referendum . A road map with actual technological specifications + proposal for legal amendments. Together with Bern university for applied sciences. Collaborating with Bulgarian Central Election Commission, president's advisers, members of the parliament 3. Infrastructural IT projects with municipalities. For example with the municipality of Stamobolijski - offered e-municipal services to all its sitizens (in all villages belonging, remotely )
