My name is Gabriella Russo and I define myself as a Business Linguist. My work is divided into several specific activities: training, consultancy, planning and evaluation of project applications.

With protocol/assignment dated 06/23/2021 I hold the role of Expert Evaluator in the "Evaluation of applications submitted for the Erasmus+ program in the education and training field (VET-KA1-KA2- Accreditation)";

With DM of 7 May 2019, I became Qualified Manager for Innovation (MISE), at Rete Sviluppo Costa d'Amalfi.

As Project Manager and Trainer, I hold the role of EPALE Ambassador (Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe), or, Ambassador in Abruzzo for Education to Entrepreneurship, Digitization and Health Education, on behalf of the National Agency Indire/ Erasmus+.

To date, I am: President of the METIVA Academy Study Center Association: for the development of entrepreneurial culture, technological and digital innovation, in Italy and abroad, President of the Punto Europa Association, Territorial contact person for development and innovation of companies for Team Consulting Advisory srl, Co-founder of METIVA Consulting (consulting and training company), Trainer and International Consultant, for Tecla Consulting srl (International Company).

I am the creator of the METIVA method, as regards the preparation and presentation of European projects and vocational training courses. I developed learning and self-evaluation strategies for both the learner and the trainer.

I work as a consultant for Municipalities, Schools or Public Bodies as a designer. The passion for learning and for studying the methods of inclusion and involvement of learners leads me to present projects on these issues which I then experiment in schools with direct training for teachers. I am the pedagogical referent for the I.C. De Petra di Casoli (CH) and for the M. Di Mauro primary school in Cava dei Tirreni (SA).
