Insomnia is one of the biggest Accelerators and Incubators in Spain with more than 30 years of experience working with innovative SMEs and start-ups to foster their innovation and access to finance capacities. We are located in the Technological and Business Pole in the Port of Valencia, in Spain, and have our own collaborative space (+4.000 m2) where we work to facilitate access to finance to SMEs and improve innovation, with an special focus on the Fintech sector. Insomnia has created the 1st Digital Hub in Spain and has been selected in 2017 by the H2020 Program as “Digital Innovation Hub” through an approved project within H2020-FoF-12 Call (Factories of the Future) and the I4MS initiative. From our DIH, we work to increase innovation capacity and access to finance of SMEs in key verticals such Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, 5G, Robotics, Cloud, IoT, IoI, Virtual/ Augmented reality, 3D printing, New materials, Fintech; and conduct a permanent scouting worldwide to identify the most innovative companies to attract talent to the city of Valencia and Spain As we had the chance to explain to some of you, we are a business accelerator and incubator located in Valencia, Spain, specialized in innovation, digitisation and access to finance. For years we have worked in the SME support field, focusing for the last 2 years in the running of corporate acceleration programs for big companies conducting an scouting worldwide looking for the best start-ups and spin-offs capable of developing and co-creating technological solutions, as well a Digital Immersion Programs for companies at CEO and high executive levels (+ 300 companies invoicing +5M€/ year) In 2017 we have developed digitisation programs in sectors like: Fintech, Industry (shoe, metalurgy, ceramics, automotive), Tourism or Logistics in partnership with Spanish Chambers of Commerce, Regional Governments, Universities and key actors like Bankia, Santander Bank or Valencia Fair. And in 2018 we are launching new programs for the LegalTech, InsurTech and Agriculture (we are a creating the 1st Agro DIH in Spain) with key partners.
