I am a lecturer at a state university in Indonesia, my area of expertise is vocational education, the research I have done in the last three years related to education in vocational high schools including the design of school facilities 4.0, in my study I design the appropriate facilities to support the era the industrial revolution 4.0. I further researched the competitiveness of vocational schools in the labor market 4.0, in this study, I identified what competencies were needed in the 4.0 labor market and what kind of models schools needed to improve the competitiveness of their graduates.
