Dr. Melih AYDIN is assistant professor at Kilis 7 Aralık University/TÜRKİYE and manager of the Vocational School of Tourism and Hotel Management. He has academic experience in Tourism Management, and before that, he worked in the tourism sector for many years. His fields of expertise are tourism management, hospitality, gastronomy, ecology of tourism or destination studies. 

In vocational school of Kilis, he worked as the project coordinator in the "Increasing the quality of vocational and technical education by developing the Knowledge, skills and competencies in line with the EQARF and EQAVET through universities"

Since the city he works in is on the Syrian border, He can also offer opinions on the inclusion of refugees in business life, because we have a certain percentage of refugee students in classes.

In 2015, he gave seminars for 1 week through the Erasmus teaching staff mobility program in Państwowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych we Włocławku in Poland. 

In 2023 March, he gave seminars for 1 week through the Erasmus teaching staff mobility program in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in SPAIN.

He has been in many European countries for congresses/conferences as a participant. Speaking of sustainability, he can give seminars on "Deep ecology, ecological paradigmas, environmental theories and environmental attitudes of tourists" . He also have been teaching Fidelio Hotel Automation Programme for 9 years and he also has used it in the tourism sector.
