Tamar is a third year student of PhD in American Studies and she has her Master’s degree in European Studies. She has a wide-range experiences in NGO and governmental sectors. She has worked as a main specialist for the ministries and she is a founder of several NGOs in Georgia. she has also worked as a working group member of international organizations. Tamar has excellent skills of communication with different state and non-state stakeholders worldwide and she has participated in more than 100 international gatherings, such as trainings, exchange programs, seminars, conferences and congresses around 45 countries. Her main experiences are in the field of Communication, PR, Foreign Affairs, Project Management and Training.
