National Qualifications Agency is a permanent collegiate body that performs the functions defined by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Education’ and other legislative acts in the field of qualifications.

National Qualifications Agency is working on the development of a modern, transparent and dynamic National Qualifications System to ensure the proper quality of human capital and its integration into the European Qualification Area.

National Qualifications Agency is working on the development of a modern, transparent and dynamic National Qualifications System to ensure the proper quality of human capital and its integration into the European Qualification Area. National Qualifications Agency has developed a Map of educational trajectories through the prism of the National Qualifications Framework. And this is absolutely logical, since the National Framework covers all levels of education and types of qualifications and establishes qualification levels by which qualifications can be recognized in Ukraine.

The National Qualifications Framework is placed  a special place among the tools for referencing and recognition of qualifications, which fully fulfills its purpose only when it is compared with the European Qualifications Framework and the Qualifications Framework for the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Framework).
