Oksana Zamora is a PhD, an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economic Relations of Sumy State University (Ukraine). She combines experiences in project design and management both in academic and non-governmental sector: 7 years of work in International Affairs Office of the university and 12 years in the third sector working with the projects funded by the European Commission (Erasmus+ and Horizon2020), FAO (UNO), CEI and EBRD, UNESCO, Czech Development Agency, American Council, National Research Fund of Ukraine. 

She is a president of the Association of Project Managers of Ukraine since 2021 and works both as a trainer/consultant for higher educational, SMEs and non-profit organizations on grants funding, international relations and internationalization. She has participated in more than 30 training programs and since 2015 has participated in a number of projects related to digital skills of youth, adults and refugees. She acts as a chair of the Advisory Committee of the “Architecture for Unified Regional and Open digital ecosystems for Rural Areas Large scale application” (AURORAL) project, HORIZON 2020 Programme (2021-2025) since 2020 and as a reviewer for the “Comunicar” journal since 2017 (specialized in educommunication and ICT, Spain). 

Her research interests include digitally enhanced education, online learning and teaching, emergency remote teaching, cross border cooperation, grant-funded projects, and non-formal methods of education.
