Rumyana Shalamanova is the Chairperson of Know and Can Association and a member of the Managers' Board since the foundation of the Association in 2007. She has about 30 years’ experience as a teacher and trainer in formal and non-formal education. Rumyana has two Master Degrees - in Chemical engineering and Pedagogy. She is a certified trainer in soft skills and Forum Theater. She has attended numerous educational events at national and international level. She has many years’ experience in working out, arranging, coordinating and holding events in the field of formal and non-formal education.  Rumyana has rich experience in working on national and international projects.
