I am Sharif Ahamed Nayem. I am a Technical and Vocational Education and training (TVET) and Development practitioner as well as Certified Assessor of Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). I have completed training on Project Management in TVET Institutions from Colombo Plan Staff College. I am currently working for BRAC, a unit of Skills Development Programme, Bangladesh. I have hand on experience in TVET sector (Formal and Informal training) 4 years, TVET project management and Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A), NTVQF & RPL,TNA, Industry Based Training (IBT), Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Skill Development & Youth Employment, National Skills Development Policy (NSDP)-2011 and Institute based Skills Training & Education as well as Development sector. I secured National Merit List Position in Diploma in Electro-Medical Technology and was awarded by the Education Minister through the Institution of Diploma Engineers (IDEB). I also stood second in MPSW in IRLW in the University of Jagannath.
