VIA University College is Denmark’s largest university of applied sciences with more than 2100 employees and approximately 18.000 students. VIA offers more than 40 accredited programmes within fields such as business, technology, health, social sciences and others. VIA develops educational programs in close cooperation with employers – companies, municipalities, regional, national and international institutions. Its strength is combining state-of-the-art research and learning environments with their understanding of practice-related challenges and opportunities. 20 research centres at VIA University College underpin the ambition to be a research-based university college. Our programmes and research activities are organised in four schools and faculties: - VIA School of Business, Technology and Creative Industries - VIA Faculty of Education and Social Studies - VIA Faculty of Health Sciences - VIA Faculty of Continuing Education VIA sporgrams in Business and Engineering are anchored in VIA School of Business, Technology and Creative Industries, which has a strong focus on educational programs and research activities that meet the needs and challenges of the private industries. Amongst others we provide education and conduct research in the fields of engineering, the building and construction industry, business, entrepreneurship, animation and design. The School has approximately 5.500 students and 450 employees. VIA is a certified holder of an Erasmus+ Charter and a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA). VIA also holds a Qualification Certificate from the People’s Republic of China.
