Our organization is specialized in the field of vocational education and training (VET), entrepreneurship, access on labour market and human ressources. Within these fields of expertise we offer services as: - counselling and career guidance; - organizing courses in the fields requested by labour market; - specialized training courses requested by the employers; - assessment of the professional skills of employees; - counselling in entrepreneurship; - business plans; - market studies. Within YouthCompass project, (Strategic Partnership within Erasmus+, Action Key 2) completed in August this year, our organization was accreditated as Competence Balance Center for Romania, according the procedure of Federation de Centre de Bilan de Competence et Orientation Professionele (FECBOP) with headquarter in Paris (France).
