    Mr. Crisonà is an international consultant specialising in capacity building within the TVET sector. Over the past decade, he has successfully founded and cultivated the Skillman.eu Network, transforming it from a modest group of initial members, which included prestigious companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, FIAT, Scandinavian Airline Systems, and the Italian National Research Centre. The network has grown into one of the world's largest multilateral networks for skills development, with representation in 95 countries.

    Since 2015, the network has organized its annual Skillman International Forum, which has become a milestone in the international TVET panorama, attracting high-level stakeholders globally. Mr. Crisonà has continuously promoted the enhancement of these interactions, leading to the development of the Skillman model of Excellence in TVET in 2019 through the CoVEs.eu platform. In 2024, he launched the Digital Qualification Framework initiative (dqf.eu) to support Skillman members in issuing digital credentials and is currently working on interoperability with the Europass EDCI (European Digital Credential Infrastructure) and blockchain wallets.

    As the Founder and Managing Director of CSCS Italy, and holding the position of Managing Director at Abuplus International GMBH Germany, Mr. Crisonà brings extensive expertise as a certified "Skill Assessor" recognized by Tuscany Region VET Authority. His educational background includes a Vocational qualification in industrial engineering and a Master's degree in Education.

    Throughout his career, Mr. Crisonà has collaborated extensively across Europe, Africa, and Asia, forging partnerships with private organisations, governments, agencies, and esteemed entities such as the European Commission, ETF European Training Foundation, ITC-ILO, ADB, Millennium Challenge Corporation, regional authorities, industry leaders, and other prominent European or international organisations.

    Under Mr. Crisonà's leadership, his organisation received notable recognition during the 10th anniversary of the EYE - Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs network by the European Commission. CSCS Italy was honoured as the most active Intermediary Organization for the period 2009-2019, a testament to his exceptional contributions and unwavering dedication.
