The course Unlock Your Personal and Professional Potential. Training for life skills and employability is designed in the framework of the Erasmus+ UP2YOU – Upgrading university pathways to promote bottom-up sustainable and inclusive development- Project n. 2023-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000160874.  The learning units are co-designed by HEIs staff and Civic Society Organizations to equip participants with essential soft skills. Through practical exercises, role-playing scenarios, and collaborative learning, participants enhanced their self-awareness, communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence. The course fosters adaptability, teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking, and ethical behaviour, enabling learners to thrive in diverse professional contexts. Join it!
